1. Environmental conditions in the electrical room:

According to the IEC62271-1 standard, the electrical room must ensure the following conditions:

Temperature:

• Maximum temperature is 40oC
• Maximum maximum temperature is 35oC in an average of 24 hours
• Minimum temperature is -5oC

No instruments:

• No dust, gas, salt, flammable substances, etc.

Humidity:

• Average humidity 24 hours ≤ 95%, monthly ≤ 90%
• Average pressure 24 hours ≤ 2.2 kPa, monthly ≤ 1.8 k

2. Operation staff:

• Learn the technical features, characteristics, and how to use the equipment.
• Master the operating procedures of each kind of equipment according to technical requirements.
• Always check, and monitor abnormalities, quality management must be implemented seriously and safely.
• Operators must have the appropriate capacity and qualifications and must be trained periodically every year.

7. Check the current transformer (CT), voltage transformer (VT), and fuses:

• Check the protection level of CT and VT.
• Check the resistance value of the secondary, secondary wires.
• Recheck the demand value.

8. Check the local electrical system before and after maintenance:
